Job Description:

We are looking for warm, enthusiastic, and service-driven individuals to join our team as Guest Lounge Hosts. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming our most loyal guests, creating a relaxed, inviting environment in our guest lounge. From offering refreshments to sharing insider tips about the area, you’ll ensure every guest feels valued and cared for.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a guest-facing environment, and has a passion for hospitality. We are hiring for both morning and evening shifts.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and engage guests with a welcoming, professional demeanor
Serve light food and beverages while maintaining a clean and inviting lounge area
Share knowledge of resort amenities and local attractions
Respond to guest questions, special requests, and concerns with attentiveness and care
Work closely with the front desk team to support seamless guest service
Uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality (hotel/resort experience a plus)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A positive attitude and a natural flair for making people feel at home
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued
Reliable, professional, and flexible—able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
