At the age of 18, Robert started his business out of his parents’ garage, working his way through college. Groundhog Landscaping is a full-service landscaping and landscape management company offering an extensive array of service for residential and commercial customers in Western New York area. We design and install concrete and hardscapes for patios, decks, pools, driveways and backyards. We also provide design, installation and maintenance.
Job Description:
We are looking for crew members to join our landscape crew for both residential and commercial properties. Previous experience is preferred. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a strong understanding of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure that all tasks are complete efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding,
and mulching.
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
* Build and install irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
and lawns.
* Conduct tree trimming and tree care to promote healthy growth and
aesthetics.
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while
adhering to safety protocols.
* Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with
clients regarding their landscape needs.
