Job Description:

Join our vibrant team at Blue Eyed Baker, All Day Cafe! We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef who is passionate about crafting high-quality pastries and providing a delightful experience to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will specialize in the art of croissant lamination, macaron production, and the creation of a variety of baked goods including scones, cookies, and muffins. This role also involves leading educational pastry classes, managing order flows, and overseeing inventory to ensure excellence in our daily operations.

Responsibilities:
Masterfully perform macaron production and cake decorating, maintaining high standards for flavor and presentation.
Produce a wide range of bakery items, including scones, cookies, muffins, and other pastries, ensuring consistent quality.
Assist in general pastry and bread production, contributing to daily bakery operations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and expand our pastry offerings.
Uphold sanitation and safety standards in all kitchen areas.
Potentially develop and lead baking classes, sharing knowledge and techniques with both customers and staff.
