Speakers Bureau
Your resource for knowledgeable lecturers.
Thank you for your interest in SUNY Niagara and in our Speakers Bureau. The SUNY Niagara Speakers Bureau was developed as a community service for area organizations. As you plan your group’s next meeting, please consider using a distinguished member of the SUNY Niagara faculty or staff as your guest speaker.

How to schedule a speaker
All requests for SUNY Niagara speakers should be made by contacting the speaker either by phone or by e-mail. Requests should be made at least two weeks prior to the speaking engagement. Keep in mind that during class breaks and summer vacation, some speakers will not be available. In addition, speaking engagements must be scheduled around teaching commitments and other activities.
When making arrangements, please supply the following information:
- Approximate size and type of audience
- Name and phone number of person making the request
- Name of organization
- Time allotted for speaker’s presentation
- Time, place and date of meeting
- Topic of program
