• Strategic planning process overview with Strategic Plan Committee co-chairs, Vice President of Academic Affairs Maher Ghalayini and Vice President of Student Services John Delate
• Recap of the college’s recent achievements from President Lloyd Holmes
• Presentation of and discussion about the draft revised mission, vision, and core values
• “World café,” where participants move table-to-table for short, focused conversations about the draft strategic plan’s key themes
